You two are very professional and polite. I have a laptop and I put it on top of a clear case. The good thing is that my screen is at a good height, my hands/arms are up to high though and could hurt my shoulders and make me lean forward, because it's a laptop they monitor and keyboard are joined, so I have to keep it this way.

Thanks for another helpful video. I have taken steps to get my monitor at eye level on my desktop, and my keyboard is in an pull-out drawer at good wrist height. My issue is still with the mouse. My keyboard is fairly wide (and lighted, so I love it) so I must extend my arm out to the side to reach the mouse. My whole right arm goes numb, and my neck and shoulder ache. My right hand is now always cold. I've tried putting the mouse in my lap, but if I'm close to the keyboard, there is no room, and my wrist gets crimped backwards. I'm at my wits end! Any additional thoughts? Thanks for all you do! You are so prolific! You must not get any sleep thinking up new videos!

It' s obvious that either of these men have experience sitting all day at a computer and don;t know that laptop computers outnumbered desk PCs when this was made, and now outsell them by more than 2:1. If you will spend $1000 for a bed that you use 6-07 hours per day, why would you spend less for the furniture your waking body needs to do your job? Computer equipment should be moved to fit a comfortably seated user, not vice versa. The keyboard should be moved to the arms and hands, not vice versa. It is impossible to outfit an occasional/side table, as shown here, or a writing desk to properly position computer equipment for a seated user. Because neither the furniture nor the equipment can be adjusted properly, neither Bob nor Brad was using the chair back or arms for support so a lumbar cushion is pointless. The chair might as well be a stool. I've worked at a computer for hours at a time for +30 years and seen hundreds of people who experience problems because they sat like Brad, at a computer that was placed on furniture that wasn't designed for computer use, on the wrong kinds of chairs, like the one shown here. That is a chair designed for a person who is NOT using a computer, but leaning forward and writing on a desk. A true computer chair has dynamic independently adjusting seat height and angle, back height and angle, and has arms with height, transverse and lateral positioning. All these adjustments can be made by a seated user except on poorly made or cheap chairs.

Can you do a new video for professional gamers? Including yes or no on the angled keyboard for straighter wrist, see esports and how they angle keyboards. I struggle with my chair arms going under desk or over, or level but smacking against the desk giving arms too much stretch.

I watched your videos often. For 10 days I have had pain on my lower left back. Mostly painful to sit. Doctor mentioned sacroilliac joint and L5 degeneration after an xray. How can we have a definitive diagnosis when there seem to be many possible diagnosis like piriformes, sciatica, muscle strain? Would an MRI help? I am going to PT this week. Not feeling relief from my own stretches. Prior to getting the pain I heard alot of clicking when I exercised the hip joint.

So yeah. This screen high may be good for your neck and back but it's terrible for your eyes. When you put the screen that high your eyes work more and, as you actually blink less when you are using a screen, your eyes become very dry.
