Welcome to our final video in our home construction series. We are so excited about the amount of attention we’ve received. The team is humbled by all the emails and interest. This was my seventh home built for either investment or living and without a doubt was the most enjoyable endeavor of them all. Our final punch out list consisted of only four items! That’s what happens when either the contractor or engineer is on site eight hours each day. It’s the reason they can only handle two houses at a time. At the end of the day I’m happy to be a spokesman for such an unbelievable team. If you’re wondering why I do this for free the answer is simple. It allows me to offer a turnkey package to my clients. Therefore it allows me to sell more properties. I know by doing this we’ve not only bridged the language barrier but I’m connecting folks to a team that will make their home construction a truly enjoyable experience.
