Steps:
Remove the metallic cover.
Loosen motor bolts
Loosen motor coupling bolts
Remove motor
Remove motor coupling
Loosen bolts around mechanical seal
Remove old Mechanical Seal and replace with a new one
Tighten bolts around mechanical seal
Place Mechanical Seal Adjuster
Reinstall Motor Coupling
Install motor back on.
Tighten motor coupling bolts
Remove Mechanical Seal Adjuster
Place the metallic cover back on.
