so did you use water at any point? I didn’t see that you did. Also in true neurographic art I didn’t think there should be and sharp or points in it. This is just something I have started to have an interest in and not sure how to go about it yet. I love this picture.

Great question. You want to smooth our everything our in a Nerugraphica drawing. But you also may you angles, depending on your goal.
