Hello, about the inspection, how can an international student do that before coming. I'll be starting my program February 2020, and I don't know anybody or anywhere to stay. Please advice me on what to do about accommodation?

Hello there, usually students will book some temporary accommodation and once you are here then you can look for long term accommodation. The good idea is to look up on websites like Gumtree.com for temporary accommodation. Also join facebook groups from your community in Australia. So fo examples many indian students join groups like indians in Melbourne or indians in Sydney which help them to look for accommodation, jobs and other needs.

Depends on the agreement with the landlord. Usually, the rent is divided among the housemates

Hello, Great video. It is normal that the agent asks you to pay one week holding deposit? it is the same as a bond? or it is to ensure the property? Thank you in advance.

Good question. Are you planning to pay a bond before arriving in Australia? Just a word of caution, please be mindful that there are many scammers out there too. As long as you are satisfied that is the first thing. Now back to your question, you can do online transfer or transfer through a money transfer company etc for paying that. If you are in Australia, then the internet transfer is very easy.
