There are already a lot of giants in smartphone market, why dont u just try to sell smartphone under 6inch screen, your phone are reliable but not as feature loaded in the same price segments. Try smaller screen, we want phone to fir in the pocket.

It's unclear where to purchase replacement parts. Phone is released but there are no any parts available on iFixit. Also, iFixit is ok for US but what's with the rest of the world?

Bring back the full metal body phone. Provide atleast 4 Android updates and 6 security updates. Provide facility to unlock the bootloader to install custom android ROM.

I bought a nokia feature phone.. And found mic issues after repeatedly mailing them after a month they picked up the device but it's been 2 months I didn't recive my device so beware nokia has pathetic after sales service cos its not nokia now it's Hmd
