i cant seem to get neutron to work for me i downloaded it but the folder just shows html presets sidechain drums etc but no actual software to go to and i cant seem to get my maschine daw to find it either all the locations are perfect but nothing ever happens with it

I came here hoping to find out how to put this into Logic Pro , but sadly, it only shows how to download the software into my Mac. Do you have a link to a video, or article, that shows a newbie like me how to actually make it so I can "See It" in my "AUDIO UNITS" tab? I just downloaded Ozone 10 and I never got that last step where it asked me to authorize it. I cannot find the software anywhere on my PC, there was no shortcut added, weird because all my other Izotope stuff did just what it was supposed to. I went in Downloads, clicked on it there and it uninstalled it all (without a warning) and after waiting again, still no sign of the program!! Guess I'm calling somebody.

@@AdeleFan13 I purchased it from Sweetwater and I called their technical team and they got me going. I wish I could replicate what the guy did, but I can't because I let him in my computer and he made all these swift moves. I believe he explained that the problem was that it is no longer a stand alone program (as well as a plugin) and had to be installed as a VST plugin. However, it ended up in Program Files (NOT Program Files x 86) and it is used via FX Favorites in Sound Forge Studio 15 program. All the modules were added for separate use and also Ozone 10 as the full suite. It sounds great on high intensity stuff, is VERY touchy when it comes to distorting soft material like folk music, so you really have to be careful Learning or Relearning on the loudest part of the file. It also crashes when it encounters certain plugins that came with SF 15. Best of luck.

Yes, I do have a question. I’ve been able to install most of their software however oh zone 10 advanced is giving me a hard time. It says it’s download it and installed and when I run the installer on my machine, it just keeps cycling installations.

@@katrinacerise6221 Try upgrading to fl studio 20. I can't remember the exact issues I was having but that was the first resolve I resorted to. Btw, all FL studio 10 projects will open in FL studio 20 just fine

I hope its a server overload issue. I got everything onto the portal but every time I go to install it feeds me a "your product did not fully download" instantly. I'll try contacting support about it for others with a similar issue: you can always use the website with my apps and plugins and download the installers for each and go from there

Are the licenses and installations of izotope products limited? or ... I can activate and deactivate when changing PC ...

They’re pretty liberal with licensing! I think you get 2 or 3 activations but you can also activate/deactivate machines as well so you’re all good!

Just keeps coming back to the "enter email" section which I put in then it asks for password, then it seems to glitch out and go back to the "put email in" part. GRRRR

plugin works on mpc beats editor as an insert thats how you open it after the install....

Thanks for this! I've done this process for several plugins and they all worked except Iris2. On a 2019 Mac Book Pro with Catalina running ProTools 2020. My iLok and Product Portal both reflect that Iris2 has been installed and authorized, but I'm just not seeing it in my inserts drop-down, and I am seeing everything else I downloaded. I tried installing all the add-ons and restarting my computer, no change. Don't know what else to do.

Thanks for the informative video but when I try to open up my Izotope plugins in the DAW an authorization window pops up after the fact that i've already installed and authorized them to my PC thru the Izotope portal... If I then go ahead with the authorization window and enter the details im given a message that says "Your challenge appears to be for another application. Please check your authorization and try again." Im stuck, dont know what to do and I need help.

With the cloud license you actually don’t have to do anything. It will authorize automatically when you login.

If you have Studio One Artist 4 you'll need to buy the external plug-in option to use third-party plug-ins. I'd probably just suggest upgrading to Studio One 5 if that's the case as that can run plug-ins natively.

You should be able to install it as a plug-in and have it work automatically. Any VST effect should work in it.

How the hell do you install an izotope product on your offline PC ?? All i ended up doing was authorizing a product on my laptop and there is no indication on how to revert this or what to do next

For all that may be struggling with the same problem I have, what I ended up doing was sharing my network from my smartphone network provider using hotspot via usb to my offline studio pc, there is just no way to install them offline, way too complicated and no sign of what to do, whatsoever.

If you have a standalone software you run it from your programs like I do in the video. If you're using a DAW you open it as an insert. So, if you're using RX you would open it under the 'noise' plug-in section in Pro Tools as an insert. Or, if you're using say Neutron or Ozone that would be under the dynamics section in your DAW.
