I haven't watched the whole thing yet because right now I'm just trying to sew extra wefts in, but you are the first person I have seen in like 20 videos I've tried to watch so far that actually slowed it down and explained in detail when hand sewing the wefts onto the cap, so THANK YOU!!!! This is a great tutorial, it demonstrates how to make a wig step by step, and even demonstrates two separate ways to sew the hair to the cap. As someone who just stumbled on this video and knew basically nothing about how wigs are made, it gave me a lot of insight. As a costume designer and creator, this video has given me a new way to make hair for my costumes and cosplays. I now know how to make a customized wig for any character. I really appreciate this video. Although I do have one question. What type of thread do you use? It looks thicker than normal cotton all purpose thread, but looks softer than thick upholstery thread.
