this type of question (email/ letter) is very strongly related to format (i.e. address, salutation, sign off etc.) . it's very likely that you'll have lesser mark if you only produce the content/ essay.

Usually, we use a pencil/pen to draft our responses. But, if you’re taking Muet On Demand, I heard that you could choose whether to answer the whole test using the traditional or the computer-based method.
