No you do not need to draw any tables. You have only 25 mins to complete this task so just focus on writing a good letter or email.

The address is created by you. Add at least a week after the date stated in the letter to make it seem realistic.

Hi there. No your marks will not be deducted. You should add in details in your elaboration. Make your letter sound realistic. But bear in mind that you have another essay to write that will give you 60 marks max and you only have 50 mins to write this. Good luck!
