The only snag with this motherboard, is the fact that if you use the top slot on this for any NVME you will automatically drop down your GPU for 18 to 6

So total cost of this PC? Great vid. New subscriber here. Love the way you explained everything. I have not built a PC in about 14 years so good to see how its done if I go this route for my new one. I am probably going prebuilt unless I get a new monitor. Got 3K to blow on a new PC. I am going for great looking game play and fps. Lots of research to do. Any suggestions welcome folks.

Positive pressure on a case with that much rear ventilation is fine, any air not exhausted by the fans goes straight out the back. I would rather have fresh air going to my PSU.

This socket not only offers better thermals but also allows your AIO to sit flush against your chip. Might be other benefits to it too but those two sold me on the swap

you cut the pcie lanes of the gpu in half (4.0x8 instead of 4.0x16) by intsalling your ssd in the slot near the cpu, insert it in the second slot linked to the cpu.
