Hi Khadeejat,thank you for the great content you put out there. My questions are: 1. How many years of experience do they want, cause as it is, I'm not actively practicing as a midwife for the past 2 years. 2. Do they retrain the oversea midwives just as Uk retrain theirs and how friendly and accommodating are they in the process of adaptation ? I heard they expect one to adapt to the system under 6weeks, sometimes your preceptor won't guide you properly. I wish your quest can answer these questions. 3.Also can one choose where to work after adaptation because I have only worked in ANC and postnatal unit. No much experience in delivery. 4.What skills are they looking for? Please I need an answer.
