There are all the important links in the description. You can't really determine the total amount from the start. But one thing is sure, the block account fee, which is €10,332. Also you will need the Visa application fee, which you need to find out from your home country, travelling and insurance. I will elaborate this in the concluding part of the video. Thanks

Having a knowledge of German before attending Studienkolleg is the right way, because you need to pass the entrance exam 'Aufnahmeprüfung'. You don't need to write an exam before you travel but You can register to a language school before travelling.

WAEC is always valid. For English taught programs, a prove of English is most times always needed so they sometimes ask for IELTS, TOEFL, or other prove of English. All you have to do is check the course description.
