This is actually perfect timing. I’m finishing up the engine bay on my 53 and considering a chop. My buddy chopped his 49 styleline four door himself and says we could knock mine out fairly simple so this will help a bunch! Great work!

Yes! Ive always wanted to see you chop a top! I was screaming at my phone through Old Crow and Hookers and Blow builds to chop them lol! We are going to chop the rat rod build off truck 6 inches!! A bit extreme but thats what the colorado grown kid wants so I have to figure it out i guess lol. Car looks really cool!

Hi enjoy your content, looking forward to the motor home conversation. Just a question could you take the bulging cab top off and install a more current flater type roof instead of doing a chop . The sceen and side windows dont look any taller than a modern sleek style car cheers from Oz

Hey Anthony, As I am not a big fan of chopping roofs I am glad it is you cutting up that car. I do see a couple spots that do not yet look completely lined up. Maybe you will stand back and see them as well, Or not. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

@flyskeetocustoms59799 ай бұрын
Just Wondering. Why no bracing before you started choppin? Will there be alignment issue if the car flexes?
@HardCoreFab9 ай бұрын
I addressed that in the video but bottom line is the cars and it's chassis are very solid. I knew from experience it would be fine . The doors opened and closed just as good with the top on as they did with it off
@flyskeetocustoms59799 ай бұрын
Yes I jumped the gun on that question. Hadn't got far enough in the video. Looking forward to the build I will be tuning in
