Do different APAP machines record air pressure differently? I was using a Philips Respironics System One until last week. My 95% pressure varied from 11.5 to 12.5 consistently. Now with this BMC APAP, my 95% pressure varies from 8.0 to 9.0. The amount of AHI is really the same between the Philips and the BMC, only the 95% pressure is somewhat different. All other reported parameters are really close from Philips compared to BMC. Thank you.

When the device is on standby or working status, press and hold the Knob and Ramp Button together for about 5 seconds to enter the Clinical Menu. Attention please, the Clinical Settings should be done under the guidance of doctors or healthcare professionals.
