Step by Step Winged EYELINER

This is a step by step tutorial for winged eyeliner. These eyeliner tips will work on hooded eyes. I have used gel eyeliner and liquid eyeliner in this tutorial to create perfect wing and also used a concealer to correct the eyeliner mistakes.
