“We really wanted that boutique hotel look with the richness of the metals, the velvet, and natural stone.” Designer Eva Healy turned her client’s newly built condo into an elevated escape filled with sculptural lighting, glamorous finishes and dreamy storage. See how Eva reconfigured the original layout to make room for one spacious primary suite. Plus, a second bedroom with a Murphy bed serves as a guest room, office and fitness room.

Beautiful GTA view, a perfect fireplace. Length and feel of the room is what the ❣️wants.the kitchen sits perfectly apposing the room and the overall colors make it fill Alive with i believe what a client these days would want.the bedroom and bathroom are gems them selves Thank s so much for the tour . 🐈

It's funny that the clients have the Athens Riviera book cause I live in Athens and my apartment looks very similar.It's a modern, minimalist late 90's look with a mix of wenge and pale birch furniture, off- white textiles and modern crystal light fixtures. The only difference with mine is that I stuck to silver hardware and touches and very little gold. I never got tired of the look and I'm glad it's back in style.

The big missing touch was some drapery on the windows to warm up the vibe. It was definitely an enhancement to open up that space for the kitchen window.

Just my opinion, but everything looks so gray, dark & gloomy, as if the weather outside is not enough. Warmth is missing completely, I would feel down in such an apartment. But, what matters is that the owners are happy in it.

The master bath is lovely. The master could use some drapery to carry on with the moody/private feeling. The living area layout is great. The overall impression is rather bland. Since every texture possible was used, perhaps it needs some more color.

There are too many pillows on the sofa. You cannot even sit down on the sofa with that many pillows. Also, I do not like the dining table and chairs. They look cheap in my opinion.
