Hello, Marobros gang, as always a nice presentation, nice villa and you do this work as you know and do the best. I would say, the previous villa that you presented and this villa have a similar position and we again encounter the proximity of neighbors. Of course, the neighbors can't disturb, but in my opinion it affects at least 50% of the privacy. As in the previous villa, there is a lack of greenery, a lot of stone, marble, concrete and the rooms are small, they seem narrow, I don't know if it's because of the camera angle or if they really are like that. Recently, during your presentation of various villas, I noticed that many villas don't have a lot of storage space, additional utility rooms, additional built-in closets, where things that aren't used so often can be left and separated from things from everyday use. This is a problem most often with villas above 1000 m2, where a lot of importance is given to spacious garages or other non-essential rooms and valuable space is lost for something like this that I mentioned earlier. I would like to look back and say a few words about products for bathrooms, kitchens and rooms and give my opinion. Hotbath, a new Italian-Holland company, only 10 years on the market, can be said to have good, innovative and minimalist solutions when we talk about bathrooms and equipment for bathrooms, but compared to the companies Villeroy & Boch, Devon & Devon, Cristina Rubinetterie or just Cristina, Dornbracht, Duravit, Gessi (pronounced ˈdʒesi', if someone didn't know) and many other companies with long-standing tradition, quality and experience, this company is still young and inexperienced. Also Siemens, Bosch products are relatively good products, but compared to Miele, Gaggenau are still unattainable. Also, if we mention Reynaers Aluminium, the company founded in 1965, and we compare it with the Schüco company, which was among the first to start producing of aluminum windows founded in 1912, we come to the conclusion that 100 new Reynaers companies can be born, Schüco will always be Schüco! As Mercedes and Ferrari will always be what they are! There are various vehicles, but Mercedes is one! I don't know why designers decide to use the products of lower class companies, is it a signed contract with them or a purely friendly cooperation, like 'help me in my business', 'I will help you in your business in return' or is it directly a desire and selection from investors, with the aim of 'invest less money, earn more'. Not to be misunderstood, I'm not spitting on names like Hotbath, Siemens, Bosch or Reynaers Aluminium, I'm just stating my opinion, because in my opinion it's the same in comparison, as 'Fiat vs Mercedes or Ferrari'. You can only see these products installed in apartments or houses in Dubai by newly minted Balkan businessmen investors who have swum into the waters of real estate, they don't even know how, who have come from small provinces or villages with cash and want to double or triple their invested money, started building buildings, houses, and quality and customer satisfaction became less important to them. Why don't we see so often Hotbath, Siemens, Bosch and Reynaers Aluminium built-in products in penthouses, villas from Arabs and Dubai investors or designed by the best designers such as designer Pedro Peña? Well, it's logical, Arabs full of gold and money or designers like Pedro want and choose only quality and the best! So, I also have advice for Dominik, it is not pronounced 'Travetajn' and 'granajt', it is properly pronounced 'Travertin' where the emphasis is on 'Tra' and 'granit' is short where the emphasis is on 'gra'. Dominik always makes a funny impression when he says these two words 😅🤭🤫. It's similar to me when the English people or the Balkan people and other foreigners read the surname of the German designer Plein with 'Plejn', not 'Plajn' as it should be 😁. Second, Dominik, don't be too surprised with the TV built in next to the pool in previous villa. This TV is certainly not from 'C Seed' and it certainly doesn't cost much, it's a regular 4K LED TV (I guess it's not QLED Neo 8K or 4K MicroLED) and it's installed using automatic sliding pop-up brackets and a support structure from above to make it look invisible. C Seed TVs have long been a trend in Dubai, costing from $300 to a dizzying $1.5M. C Seed is an excellent company, market leader and competitor to companies like Bang & Olufsen, Bowers & Wilkins, etc. The owner of the company is a former engineer who worked long time for the Bang & Olufsen company. He made a top story and innovation when we talk about modern minimalist invisible indoor and outdoor TVs. I hope I helped you guys. Btw., continue with these quality contents as before and enjoy your work and what you represent. Cheers! 😊

It’s a nice house and they have obviously spent money in some areas. But some areas like kitchen/bars (drawers and countertops ) looks cheap and overall lighting looks a little in the weak side in some areas. Not long ago you could get a nice house in La Quinta for 3.5😀

The primary bedroom is odd to me; not only does it share both terraces with another bedroom, but the tub is facing that same terrace so you have ZERO privacy. The top floor should have been configured differently and had the primary bedroom there instead. Who's the second cameraman?

What I hear, its quite disturbing that Spain received so little precipitation this winter and big problems will arise this summer. This cycle has been going on a couple of years now, with the odd year with some wet months. Climate change is coming for all of us. Here in the Netherlands, we dont get real winters anymore. We are now some 5 weeks without frost, in midwinter. Yesterday I had a mosquito in my bedroom. In February 😫 Thats not okay. I hope Spain will start to use desalination of sea water, its the only way I fear...

Das Haus ist schön und hat einen speziellen Charme aber die Küche ist viel zu klein für 6 Schlafzimmer (also maximal 12 Personen). Der kleiner Kühlschrank würde für mich gerade für 2 Personen reichen. Der 2. Kameramann ist auch nicht mein Ding und auch die verkünstelten Schärfeneinstellungen lassen jetzt Eure Präsentation so aussehen wie die aller anderen. Mir hat Patrick's Stil wesentlich besser gefallen, viel authentischer und mit mehr Dynamik. Das Filmen von der Seite durch den 2. Kameramann lässt den Präsentator immer so konfus aussehen, als hätte er nicht bemerkt, von wo aus er gefilmt wird. Ich weiß, dass das seit langem als "künstlerisch wertvoll" angesehen wird, aber der Gag hat sich abgelaufen. Wie immer - nur einfach meine Meinung - die Geschmäcker sind (sehr) verschieden. Besten Dank für Eure tolle Arbeit!

You have shown a lot of houses where this has been solved better, plus there is relatively little space in the kitchen and the fridge would also be too small for me. Sorry for the bad english i usually speak german.
