Step1 - How to make up and smock a bishop bubble

This is step 1 video in which I show how to partly make up and pleat a bishop bubble ready for smocking. I mention that the pattern says to run two rows of machine stitching along the top edge. I did do this but didn't use them as I used the pleater threads to pull up the gathers to attach the bias, shown in the Step 2 video.
