I would work hard playing basketball at recess for about 45 minutes every day with my homeroom teacher (who was also the basketball coach)And thought because I played for a long time I would get better, come to find out now that I was having the right mindset, not technique, so I had to leave my comfort zone and now I realize why I always thought I put in the effort but didn't get results when really I just wasn't doing the right thing. Nice comment btw

the drill is simple for skilled players, what makes it 20x more difficult is if you miss 3 shots, you fail the drill. Overall, very good drill for rhythm, relentless scoring, and deadeye badges just to name a few! 🔥

This ain't a game bro the drill is simple for what point guards who can dribble and shoot at that range nobody in the league is practicing movement like this yet it's starting but they ain't all doing it and it shows in the league the stamina comparison against his other guards doing this everyday for 5 hours is insane Curry had the Kobe work ethic and even Kobe realized it, now combine that with insane amount of talent and the result is 4 rings

@@connergalles7106 it's a Workout for stamina and rhythm any shooter can do this as long as they stay focused and learn to be consistent with the ball workouts like this help people get in heat when they play in game kobe bryant goes to the extreme with these type of workouts and when he gets on court when he gets on fire this is why there is no reason u can't stop kobe when he's on fire cause workouts that rely soly on Stamina and percision helps improve ur ability to move with the ball and score with it.

He’s not built like giannis or Durant who can shoot magically on mid range as a 6.10’. However, he is better than anybody in terms of professionalism, game IQ and mindset. He shows that everybody that he’s just a human like us (know he’s getting older and using leg compression, ankle protectors etc) but putting the effort where he is now is insane. Core, balance, ability to make tough shots, changing his speed like 0 to 50 km through screens are unbelievable. Watch many superstars but he should be a true example for ballers who wanna play at high level.

Curry is not mad that he misses he is surprised. Sight feel basketball cybernetics. See the ball go through the net before you let it go. Aim for the hooks at the front the rim high arch smooth release. Make 1 shot 100 times not 100 shots at once.

I can only do my lil, solo man jumper drills. Lol I'll be 50 in a min tho, and got dad boded like a mug in the last 4 yrs...but I'm not a dad. Ha. Tryna get more weight off, but this is further inspiring. Steph is the goat of goats when it comes to shooting. Ready to see if Cannon can level up over pops like Steph did over his.
