People don’t really realise but Steph’s second greatest ability after his Godlike shooting is his endurance. He’s deadly because of his shorting combined with his endurance to constantly keep moving.

More to stamina recover. He maybe best player to recover at game after MJ and Kobe. His maintenance skill was on another level. We saw kobe with to much shoot and have below than 45% fg while curry use that percentage to his only 3pt shoot. Crazy

I've never seen anyone hustle off ball more than Curry. The amount of work he has to do sometimes just to get a millisecond of a look at the three point line is ridiculous. That's what I feel like a lot of people haven't talked about: THIS Steph is not the same as those MVP years. Him getting bigger has made offense AND defense better. Like, I remember 2022, James Harden got BULLIED by Steph. Like, he wanted to get Steph on a switch, and it was jarring to him for Steph to be hard to move! Steph completely locked him up! And also, the block he had on ja in game 1 of the western semis. He doesn't have the extra strength, and ja might've got through him and put a shot up

The way they use Steph in that offense. His cardio has to be through the roof. He pretty much just runs and gets screens set for him all game. Obviously it's more complicated than that, but that's the jist. A lot of them are moving screens, but that's besides the point. Obviously he's a better player, but he plays a lot like Reggie Miller did. Reggie was horrible to guard because he ran the entire game and they set him a ton of screens. I'd like to see him at some point at the end of his career be a more traditional PG and see what that looks like. Him actually running the offense and making plays for other guys rather than people primarily making plays for him. I've always looked at him more like a SG because of that, but I understand it's a different era and PGs do a lot of different things than traditionally. He makes plays for others by being a distraction and you are trying so hard to prevent him from getting the ball. Other guys find themselves wide open.
