I was always in pain. Put on he mini pill to help. Im sure having a painful period affected my English exam at school. Now im going back 45 years ago

i have had heavy periods since the age of 11. have hated being in uniform at work as they give you light coloured trousers etc and dont understand when you bring an issue up. i have fibroid took me 20yrs for someone to take me seriously at the doctors

My mum never told me i was like Carrie in the 🎥i was 12 she just gave me a pad i didn't even know how to use it but none of my female relatives never spoke about it or to my cousins.wheni had a daughter she was in pain i made her stay at home from school and told her it's ok and gave her a hot water bottle and it made her feel a bit better 🤗

I still get my periods now.i understand how embarrassing and painful it is .
