My name is Stephan and I am based in Vancouver, BC, Canada... I was born in France but then moved to Canada very young. Growing up as a kid, I developed a strong passion for food through the aromas of my Italian, French and Canadian family kitchen. Have you tried Kulinarya? They have a store in Vancouver and Coquitlam. They’re quality is pretty legit. I’m so glad you enjoy our food! Good taste in food! Have never really tasted much Filipino food so I will give some of these dishes a try. I tend to stay away from chewy things like ears, cartilage or entrail meats, but most of it looks good.
