In this scene Donna was being a Hippocrate. When her brother shot Stephanie everyone begged Stephanie not to turn in Storm but, but when they begged her for help she refused. Sometimes I wished Stephanie had turned him in. She didn't because of Katie.

Storm wasn't crazy just weak and her sister feared he wouldn't survive prison. Pam was definitely crazy. Ironically Storm would probably be alive today had he just gone to prison to begin with.

I would love to see how you would respond if Brooke or Hope rubbed Phoebe's death In Taylor's face every chance they got. I mean they might be able to claim justification after everything she done to them, but it still wouldn't excuse it. 3) Brooke didn't know she was being stalked, so why would she hire security? She did hire additional security after the rape, but the fact is it never would have happened if Stephanie hadn't told him where the spare key was kepr!
