A friend of mine introduced me to ACofA but has told me several times that AlAnon meetings would be good for me so I came to listen to a talk on youtube. This has been beautiful, so beautiful. I have cried and laughed along with you in all the places and cried some more. I am reminded of one of my favourite films 'Steel Magnolias' - the only film that i have laughed and cried at the same time (during the funeral scene).. What an 'aha' moment at one point too, my son has also said to me 'It's not all about you', thank you for the understanding and clarity. What amazing grace that you have found xx
