@DustPuppyOI yes stepdancing numbers are choreographed their really and i mean really hard to make up on the spot. the really fast toe taps are called pull backs they look easy like you said but are hard to do and require lots of stomach muscle.

Stupid questions from a viewer that is clueless about this art form: * Was this number choreographed or were all the steps improvised on the spot? * What were those really fast toe taps at around 2:07 with the other leg in the air? She makes them look (deceptively) easy.

to answer peoples questions. Yes, I think she won (if it wasn't that year it was another year) She definately won that competition at least once. Yes she did bowfire and she now does have long black hair. her website stephaniecadman dot com meg20062006... i know her too. I also dance at Gwen Cadman School of Stepdancing. Gwen (her mother) has been teaching me for 8 years now. Steaphanie choreographed some of my dances a couple years ago.
