And people wonder why Ridge abandons his kids with Taylor! Eric has gone back and forth between Stephanie & other women, in the process leaving his kids behind to pursue his own desires, namely younger women! Ridge never truly ever commits to Taylor and their kids because he's not in love with Taylor! He'll always love Brooke. His kids never really mattered, he never stood up for them or lived them enough to stay! Brooke has always been his number one priority! Taylor & his kids have suffered because of it!
