Great video Stephanie! 🥰 I didn't like the Hydro-grip primer either.. I feel like it really emphasized my pores as well and didn't keep my oils at bay. I love the Milk setting spray! ❤️ I think you'll like it better without that yucky primer! 😁

I feel like hydro grip is just supposed to make your foundation last longer which in my case it’s doing its job 100% i don’t know if they advertise it as pore filling, but I have oily skin and I agree, this primer is not doing much to cover/blur them. It’s still making the foundation look better throughout the day ❤ I also am noticing skincare-like effects thanks to using The Hydrogrip, probably from the aloe and other soothing ingredients

Glad to know this! I also need pore-filling primers. If I wear make-up without a pore-filling primer, my face just looks like a ton of craters and it's not cute.

You should try Mehron prep & prime/setting spray! It’s an oily girls bff! Just make sure yo moisturize as it is a bit drying!

Hey i just happened across your videos. I like your channel. I have 2 suggestions for oily skin esp if you dont have much $$: Spearmint tea or spearmint tablets taken daily can reduce your skins oil production. Also if you can’t afford primer a very thin layer of plain milk of magnesia under make up absorbs a lot of oil. 😊

I love the blushes. I just got the 5-blush set during the Sephora sale and love every color. Definitely only for cheeks, though!
