M.E. & me - Looking for a treatment

I have had ME for 4 years and lived with it. After discovering that there are several potential treatments to help but getting nowhere with NHS Doctors in the UK I decided to test some of these treatments on myself. I looked into D-Ribose, Magnesium, and LDN.
