@@lisabaker3233 it depends everyone's skin absorbs stuff differently. She put down that concealer beforehand as well. Any makeup artists knows a pressed pigment will stain your skin...

The stain is expected because it is a pressed pigment formula.. like ABH also use with some colours, but it is per person different if it will stain or not.. Blue eyeshadow's of good quality are extremely difficult to make and therefore a noticeable colour to fall in the group that can stain.. And like you I am always and always will be drawn to blue eyeshadow's and that Jeffrey made a palette... well, he has made a big group mega happy 🤗😎

Staining is not uncommon in vegan formulas. JS usually gives a little warning about some of his shadows staining.

Ocean Ice is a pressed pigment which means it contains dye which can cause staining. BTW, I love the look you've created! Very beautiful.

With reference the redness at the end. As you used some base stuff under the blue shadow first could it be the base product causing the issue as surely the eyeshadow wasn’t making contact with the skin? Maybe you could let us know if the shadow causes staining if used on it own ☺️🤔
