Max's main predictions for the playoffs this year: - The Pelicans would upset GS in the 2nd round; - The Raptors would beat the Cavs in round 2; - He said the Cavs would win the series against the Celtics then changed after the C's were up 2-0 and the Cavs won; - He said the Rockets would eliminate GS. Max was wrong on everything LOL.

He thinks the NBA is like the NFL, MLB or NHL where there is parity. The NBA is the most predictable sport so him being way off is laughable. He’s just a super fan who has no real knowledge of the game. He’s a hot take guy which is why he was chosen to replace Skip. You can’t take his takes seriously unless we’re talking boxing and even then it’s questionable.

He did all his fancy high fives with everyone and shook hands on his way out. Didn’t seem to bother him that much. But to come out with a soft cast on for the media? Come on. That cast isn’t doing anything if you have a bruise it literally just makes it hurt worse by putting pressure on it. It’s even the first thing he brought up to the press. Just a play at the media. Weak move.

So Lebron got mad because Hill missed free throws, JR Smith made a boneheaded decision and Lue didn't call a timeout? Let's not forget why those events even occurred. 1st Lebron chose to pass the ball to Hill with 4 seconds left with Curry guarding him!!! 2nd Lebron was not rebounding the free throws against Durant!! 3rd his brilliant IQ didn't recall they had any timeouts left? Yet all the excuses and blame on others when Lebron didn't close... He's a great player but the GOAT conversation is over and never should've begun in the first place.

he had a guy ready to put on a cast on him right before the post-press-conference after the sweep. If he was okay dribbling the ball and making weird hand-shakes with his kids after the game then I think he was ok holding a mic without needing a cast. Total manipulation-move. there's literally no other reason for why he had a cast on.

mindovermatter It’s so sad... himself is the reason why so many people hate Lebron James! Kobe had multiple broken fingers from 2007-2010 that the press knew about!!!!! But Kobe literally never said “well him not shooting well because ya know, the broken fingers.” Just sad. Lebron has to understand he is so Great that he doesn’t need an excuse! Just let ya game do the talking! And it not even listed as a “broken Hand”, it a “contusion”... but he uttered the works “well I pretty much played the last 3 games with a broken hand.” He had the golden opportunity just just Brush it off and say “it’ll be fine, just a bruise!”

I think that it was lebron's way of saying, "yeah, I actually have basically had a broken hand for three games and you guys still couldn't stop me!" I mean, he had a triple double in game 3 and averaged 34 10 8 on 53% shooting in the series. Lebron can't be stopped.... his team on the other hand is a different story.

Sam I Am it's his fault because hiding it in the 1st place was his decision. Even if it got leaked he didn't have to validate the story by wearing the cast to the post game conference. If he came out after game 2 or 3 with a cast no one would have anything negative to say. Now showing it so openly after game 4 it's going to seem like an excuse because he's the one that chose to hide it.

In all honestly, I don’t think any superstar in NBA history gets more excuses and the goalpost moved for him more than LeBron James. Seriously. Why is it that a excuse can apply for him, but the same excuse can’t be applied to other all-time greats? Like “playing against 4 all-stars in The Finals”. Like Kobe didn’t play FOUR ALL-STARS in 2010 (Rondo, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett). Why no excuse for Kobe? Oh wait, he actually WON. And the cast thing, like MJ didn’t play an entire Finals game in June, in Utah, with a ridiculous high fever and no energy.

Let me get this straight... Lebron says he broke his hand after Game 1, but in Games 2, 3, 4 had no problems DUNKING with force, and one time even off the backboard jamming with two hands. No signs of pain or swelling. No problems playing running back and stiff arming opponents with that very same hand to create space. YEAH...Ok. We all know he broke his hand in Game 4 either on that KD block, or breaking a fan's broom in the tunnel AFTER the SWEEP. #LeQuit

I broke my hand a couple weeks ago. It was a HAIRLINE fracture. Such a SMALL fracture. I’ve broken so many bones before, yet this one was so painful. Coming from someone who played AAU and Varsity basketball for 6+ years, there’s no way in hell I could even move my hand. There’s no way he could have had a broken hand. You can’t even move your hand. Trust me, I tried. I had to miss our Atlanta tournament. It’s just pathetic to fake something like that. Sure, he could have bruised it. But there’s no way in hell he broke it.

Kevin Love was a beast before LeBron turned him into a spot up shooter, George Hill has been a top 20 PG in the league for years now (again, until LeBron made his worse), Larry Nance AND Jordan Clarkson were seen as future stars on the Lakers (now LeBron’s taken their luster), and Rodney Hood was one of the better scorers in the league before they stripped his minutes because they didn’t want him taking LeBron’s touches. Not to mention, Kyle Korver is a future HOFer and saved LeBron’s ass on multiple occasions throughout the Eastern Conference Playoffs.

Coinraker the title is reflecting the headlines. They are discussing about Lebrons supposed broken hand. I don’t get what you’re trying to say considering they don’t even confirm hey he broke his hand/the damage done.

People like Stephen A were super quick to just yell at LeBron for wearing a cast or supposedly using it as an "excuse". Everyone just want to jump on the megaphone and shut it down, dismiss it.....it was a FACTOR. It probably was a FACTOR in his later performance, no strings attached. Why make such a huge deal of it if LeBron didn't really?

ray joe I mean first off that’s not even close to true. What a stupid statement to make. There is a ridiculous amount of talk of GSW. Second GSW was almost guaranteed to win. Not nearly as many headlines as Lebron made throughout this series when you basically proved all the pre talks about the series right.

get real man there is no way a person can dunk and move the ball around like he did in game 2,3,4 if hand was broken. Regardless, he could wait one full week without a cast on but he could not wait another 20 minutes after the last game?. smh

I remember when KD was on the foul line and missed one of em. Draymond got the board and they turned it from 1 to 3 point play.. Bron was over there bitching at the refs.. that's two points they came back to bite that ass. They don't talk about all the other things.. They don't talk about his turnovers, they don't talk about him standing around in disbelief with his arms up while the ball still alive.

Of course LeBron needs to make another excuse for getting swept, and 3-6 Mafia fans are running with it like the blind worshippers they are. They’re already trying to defend him and say “JR is the reason why”, like this man didnt have THREE more opportunities to win a game. But he straight up QUIT in Game 4. Like Rodney Hood took more shots then LeBron did. A SELF-INFLICTED injury, and people still tryna make an excuse for it

Knowledge Seeker I love facts and the fact is that game 4 didn‘t mean cause the series was already over Jr, Hill and the refs threw the cavs‘ chances away in game 1 Lebrln dropped 51 on the road against the best team ever and they still lost... these are facts

You really can't blame LeBron for being frustrated and punching something after that game 1 debacle. What you can blame him for is not being smart enough to punch a pillow or a couch or something that isn't going to possibly damage your hand during the NBA finals!!!!
