What leverage does KD have? The owner publicly stated he supports the GM & Head Coach. KD signed a 4 year deal that kicks in this year. KD has no leverage, he’s either going to play or sit out until the right trade comes around. Either way KD is screwed because he reputation and credibility is at an all time low. Per example: most recently in the past two seasons people were assuming that James Harden really wanted a championship; yet, in reality, he never displayed any character saying that he was willing to improve on his game in order to win a championship (at that time, it was all about the money). Now, seemingly, even James Harden has a new attitude and desire to improve on his gameplay as well as to eventually win a championship. Thus, can it be said that James Harden is not really offended with playing with Kevin Durant; inclusively, as to when a championship, he probably would even like to play with Kevin Durant?
