It's a shame the Dallas Cowboys have an old rotten fool for an owner. They could've got Harbaugh, but instead, he stays with a coach that's mediocre.

And Antonio Pierce, too. Last year, the AFC West has hyped to be a very competitive division, but the one reason why the Big Bad Chiefs (Who I am rooting for in the AFC Championship) won the division easily was because all that talent on the other three teams was poorly coached. Next year, Andy Reid will not be the only competent mind in the division. The West definitely has a chance to be competitive next year.

SoCal Super Chargers just got plugged in 🔌 ⚡️ I’m a third generation die hard fan from SD. It has been a weird difficult time with the move to LA, getting dragged thru the mud, years of apathy… but this move will help turn us into a powerhouse. Lots of new fans in LA and lots of SD fans are letting go of their bitterness to support the team again. OC and I land empire have lots of fans too. Good times ahead, praying for our first Super Bowl ⚡️

Harbaugh wanted to stay, even for a lot less money, but Michigan AD Warde Manuel wanted him gone since Harbaugh was pushing for a NIL program at Michigan which would have taken the booster money from Manuel's hands to the NIL program. All he needed to do was to take the decision of what "Cause" meant in his proposed contract away from his hands to a panel of three people rather than him alone. Harbaugh knew that the NCAA would deliver a "show Cause" to Michigan since their head of enforcement is one of Manuel's besties and Harbaugh's support for players getting paid was against what the corrupt heads of the NCAA wanted.

What is being conveniently overlooked here is that in the background the University of Michigan is being investigated for major violations. Harbaugh knows this and also knows if he moves on to the NFL he will get a 'get out of jail free card' and avoid the hassle and consequences. I would not be surprise if Michigan is stripped of its national title when it is all said and done. So, Harbaugh leaving is calculated to avoid the fallout.
