It's not really Porzingis's game, and he doesn't necessarily want to play that way. @@albertbravo1716 No chance? That roster was contending for the East before he got there, that's why they won - he was the missing piece. Then he dips to go to a city where he's not the best player anymore and someone built a team around him (for the first time) and he's not lived up to it so far. But yeah, the Raptors were good without him already, they could've repeated if he stayed.

You don't know basketball at all you think you do but you don't. One thing about the culture of a basketball player is that sometimes they don't want to admit that they have to put more effort to cover a player and it's an ego thing but you wouldn't know that and sometimes ego keeps people from playing harder defense but you wouldn't know that and the other thing you don't know is that sometimes they just don't want to put the energy forth cuz they're hoping that he'll shoot himself out or start missing and the only time they get motivated is when their back is to the wall to clamp down and then he strikes me as somebody who when the time comes can be very easily clamped down... what is his history showed you as he brought anybody to the finals yet ?no and I don't expect you ever will but you wouldn't know that because you don't really know basketball but you think you do

Stop making excuses for Kawhi Leonard. Nobody wants to hear that. Kawhi is supposed to be the best two-way player and best perimeter defender in the league. This is where being quiet and laid back dooms him. He needs to attack on defense the same way he attacked on offense in Games 3 and 4 in Dallas. And if he was truly a dog, he would tell Ty Lue that he wanted to guard Luka Doncic from the gate in this series. All that "he's only one man" and "he can't control everything out there" is a load of garbage. He signed with the Clippers to not only win a title but to take Los Angeles from LeBron and he has failed to do so.
