Yes, reminds me of the 4 million people per MONTH leaving their jobs in 2021/2022. It was either stay "loyal" and get crushed by inflation, or leave and get the pay increase you truly deserve. Too many people say "I've haven't had a raise in 5-10 years" and do nothing about it.

Shannon is spot on about respect and not being a slave to loyalty. One of the most impactful things my dad has ever said to me is that “you teach people how they’re allowed to treat you.” Shannon did the right thing by asserting that he wouldn’t allow himself to be disrespected like that and that while he’s thankful for the opportunity he received that it doesn’t justify being disrespected. Just because someone provides you an opportunity doesn’t give them the right to treat you poorly and that you are required to allow it to happen because of that opportunity. Yes Skip was solid to provide the opportunity but anybody thinking Shannon owed him reverence in everything need to recognize that Shannon lasted seven years on that show because once the opportunity was there he had to carry the water in his spot on the show. If shannon hadn’t been pulling his weight that opportunity would’ve been gone just as quickly as it came but because he excelled he was on the show for a long time. And I respect that he didn’t shy away and take disrespect laying down but brought it up even if it ended the show. And I’m doubly happy to see him quickly pivot to other opportunities and I hope he gets to anchor his own network show someday. Even discussing this he remained respectful to Skip when he could’ve dumped all over him. Kudos Shannon

Bruh u wrong af, Shannon was never “ slave “ let’s be real, if he wanted to treated better, he could’ve talked with skip outside of work an actually had a relationship with him, if u did maybe then he’d understand that people in a relationship fight, they get disrespected, it is right that it happens no, but it dose, it’s never not gonna be a possibility of happening when ur involved doing something with someone be it business or dating, Shannon really just shows his true colors here, the man is sensitive sorry not sorry ! He should get some professional therapy help if someone’s comments about him bothers him that bad to the core, cause I’d hate to see what’d he’d be like being in a person with a disability’s shoes like someone like myself who’s dealt with those comments since I was little af an didn’t even know what I had as far as my disability!

That moment told me everything I needed to know about Skip. Skip is symbolic of the worst of Hollywood. Shanon is right to learn from it and move on. The best revenge is success. Skip will always be sus to me. If Shannon had put hands on Skip, rest assured, the "Angry Black Man" mantra would have thrown around all over social media like stimulus checks. And somehow ALL BLACK MEN would have the problem. Lastly, let's just call it what it is. Nobody was tuning in to Undisputed to see no damn Skip Bayless . Shannon WAS and IS the bigger personality.

This is a master class about a very underrepresented virtue in life called forgiveness. It's not forgetting the past or misremembering the past as something that it's not. It's acknowledging the wrong that was done to you and choosing to show grace to someone who was trying to hurt you. Forgiveness is one of the hardest things to achieve in life, and Shannon shows us again just how wise he is. In the space of mediocre sports punditry Shannon is a brightly shining star.

"I don't like to dwell too much into the past"- but here you are doing just that,as well as reffering to himself in the third person while blatantly reading off a script. These 2 deserve each other

Great interview with Shannon. I remember watching that Brady segment live, and was so wrong by Skip. He totally crossed the line. Figured that, or the Hamlin segment, was the last straw. While i enjoyed the Skip/Shannon banter over the years, it was time to move on.

Thank you so much for the insight Shannon_ Although Undisputed won't be what it was before, it's great to see you refreshed/happy now_ At the very least, Skip should've publicly apologized to you after that took place- and the mere fact that he never did it is ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE.🤦🤦You are SOOOOOO much better off being at First Take and goodness knows First Take has DEFINITELY felt the impact of your presence since you got there!!! Stay strong Unc and keep up the great work!!🙏🙏😁😁💪💪👏👏

@7:42 Stephen wants Shannon to get more messy. Dang Shannon why fall for this bait?! Stephen is doing this so you can completely burn any bridge you had left with Skip. Now I see why they say Hollywood is so fake and grimwy. All these years Stephen A has lied acting like he loves and respects Skip. But he been hating him. He quickly went after Shannon Sharpe when they parted ways and now sets him up with questions aimed at making Skip look bad. Wow so blatantly Snake-ish! It's sad man! Everyone saw how dirty you did Max. One would think you'd put yourself on time-out for a minute. But nope. You're on self-destruct mode. This is what happens when egos run rampant! When will it end?

You SAS haters see what you want to see. Call out SA for asking questions in an interview but don’t get on Joe budden for asking a question about max that Stephen A answered many times before and rehashing the beef. Also you gonna forget that Stephen A was trying to recruit Skip a couple years back to espn and first take? FOX just paid more but he’s a snake bcuz he wanted skip back and spoke about Skip with high regard in his book right? TO is a different story and I don’t understand why more ppl don’t call TO out for his disrespect… “We disagree so you’re not black”
