@@Paul_Sleeping the Lakers are an exception because despite their ownership being incompetent, they are also completely unsure of themselves at this point, and thus they are deferring all decision making to others. At one point it was questionable who was running things, but at this point, it seems to be sorting itself out with Clutch Sports running the show alongside Palinka, and if they can stay on the same page.... We've never actually seen this attempted before, and it might actually work, at least temporarily. Dolan, Jerry Jones... They're incompetent, but they're to proud to admit it, and they keep an iron grip on their franchises. Contrary to precedent, Lakers ownership having no backbone is working to their benefit because of how determined the clutch guys are and how they always seem to be planning long term and not panicking at signs of trouble. The clutch agency is phenomenal at branding these guys and the team, and the only thing coach Palinka has to do is not get a big head and try to hijack the team for his own ends. Honestly, I'm quite curious to see how this progresses.
