@@7goodminutes I also made a marginal adjustment to my routine. For 25 years + I studied the human energy body and now I heal serious ailments with just the power of my silent mind. Anyone can learn to do it, it's just one step after the other. On the subject of motivation, the biggest block to success is your own subconscious. When we try to break free from our comfort zone negative content in our subconscious will battle with the desires of our conscious mind. This battle happens in the subconscious and often leaves us feeling unmotivated to pick up the phone, write the book, or post the video. We feel unmotivated to pursue our goals but we honestly don't know why. [It's your subconscious.] Overcome the negative forces from your own subconscious mind by doing this simple act. Say out loud to yourself "I give myself permission." When you give yourself permission in your conscious mind, subconscious negative content will be silenced, meaning the battle in your subconscious won't take place. One of the most important steps to success is also one of the easiest. I give myself permission to .......... [Repeat this out loud every time you feel you need it.] I won't go into why but posture and deep breathing are also powerful tools for achieving success. P*E*A*C*E

This is brilliant dude. Thanks for putting this up. Also may I know the title of the music you use after the speech? It adds substantially to the inspiration and motivation

Reading in Alphabrain how Stephen Duneier learned to teach himself was so moving. This could have turned out differently -- but it didn't. He is a modest genius.
@SchatzePalen4 жыл бұрын
Hi! Is alpha brain a book?
@l.w.paradis21084 жыл бұрын
@@SchatzePalen Yes, it is, and a lot of it is about his career in trading and managing a hedge fund, and about principles of evaluating investments as a profession -- but the important things discussed in this video are all explained carefully. Duneier really had severe ADHD and was never diagnosed or treated. He had to figure out for himself what to do, and it was scary. He could not do what everyone else did. He could not learn the way all the good students learned, no matter how hard he tried. So he had to figure out how he could learn and then teach himself. It's a remarkable story. In his complete TEDx talk, he shows his high school senior picture, and he looks about 14. So, he was also growing up more slowly than the other kids. He had a lot to conquer.

Hi L W Paradis! Could you say in what chapter in Alphabrain did you read how he learned to teach himself? Thanks
@l.w.paradis21083 жыл бұрын
@@constraintprohibitive9465 The first half of the book is devoted to that. The second half is on the investing strategied he devised or has embraced.
@constraintprohibitive94653 жыл бұрын
@@l.w.paradis2108 Cause I have an Audiobook, and in the first half I've heard about sport desicions and so on, but nothing about how he learned to teach himself. So I was asking myself maybe I missed this part.
