Utep was going to go 0 and 12 this year if it wasn't for covid this was supposed to be Texas Tech which would of smashed them. Next week they play Texas I will be happy if its 48 0 but it will be a name your score game for U T.

@The49ers 2000 I agree!!! Been watching utep for 50 years what an embarrassment 6 winning seasons since 1971!!! No bowl victories in 53 yrs and they call us fair weather fans????? Either drop the program or find someone to donate 150-200mil (like thats gonna happen). Plus who in their right mind would hire a coach with a 30-39 record that hadn't coached in 16yrs????? You wanna know how bad UTEP Football has been lately? Their last good season? 2016, when they went 4-8 (2-6 and conference play). Their last bowl season? 2014, going 7-5 (5-3 in conference play), but losing the New Mexico Bowl to Utah State 21-7. Their last bowl win? 1967 Sun Bowl, where they beat Ole Miss 14-7. They are a consistently bad team, but these past few seasons have been horrible. 2017: They have a winless season at 0-12. 2018: They get a win, but not much else. The win? In-conference against Rice, beating them 34-26 to go 1-11. 2019: Same record, but winless in-conference. The win? A 36-34 game against Houston Baptist, an FCS school as they go winless in conference again. In the past 3 seasons, they've gone an abysmal 2-34 for a "winning" percentage of .058. In conference? They're worse, posting a .041 winning percentage.
