Some context for what I love most about this: Stephen Graham was unknown when he was cast in BoB & on top of that he was basically a glorified extra. And yet ~20 years later Tom remembers stories about him. *That* is part of what makes people like Tom & Keanu so special. Yanks really can't do English accents. There are exceptions, amazing exceptions but when it comes down to it yanks can't do foreign accents yet they attempt them every single chance they can as if they have mastered them.
