Stephen King Book Collection v1 - How to identify 1st editions

I think that another thing that identifies the 'Salem's Lot first edition is that the front cover says "A NEW NOVEL By The Author of Carrie". My copy has that same cover and even says it was published in the same year (1975), but in the copyright page it doesn't say it's a first edition, and the front cover only says "By The Author of Carrie."

I have about 250 Stephen King hard covers. Most of which are 1st. editions. I have 3rd editions of Salems lot and Different Seasons ( one Different Seasons Autographed).

Carrie is one of the only ones that's rare to get.. his first printings were HUGE for most of his career.. but still awesome to get all these!

well I guess my copy of the Shining is not a first edition unfortunately I was told it was when I bought it. It looks exactly the same in every way but is missing at the bottom on the copyright page First Edition in yours

@@Gingerbookman nah man you got all the first editions. Ur salems lot itself is 800$+. By the way I have been gettin really into Stephen King but no second hand bookstores I have been so have 1st editions of IT or Salem's Lot. Where can I find them?

Carlos Mylar covers. You can buy them and just do it yourself. Not hard.
