So, I had a situation the day before where I was going through an episode of self-blame and uncompassion towards myself. I did not realize that this was what was happening at the time as I could not explain what I was feeling until I had the time to sit down and process all my feelings. Listening to this, I realize that, although I struggle with self-blame and uncompassion towards myself, compassion is something that I can learn to have, not in the distant future, but now, in this moment as I listen to this beautiful ballade. Wishing anyone else love, light, and healing as you go through your life's journey. Remember, be compassionate with yourself❤

This is like watching a sunset go down and think about the good old days without much violence and harassment with a more peaceful world.
