Your MKAL is coming along! I know the only way I can get through long knit rows, is a good podcast or audio book! Can't wait to see what Clue 3 is.

Oh yes! I good audio book helps me too. If I can get sucked into a book, then I forget I've been knitting on the same row for 10 minutes 😅 I'm a few rows into clue 3 and it looks lovely 😍

Your comment about the skulls, plastic skull not real ones was great. I'm glad you clarified! Your mkal looks great. I agree that I'm a little tired of stripes. Maybe there will be some color blocks of triangles at the end? But probably more stripes... Fiona is very cute, so is your other kitty. It will eventually slow done and then they sleep all day! 🐱🐾💜🐾🐱

It's always good to clarify in these situations 😂 Thank you! Yes, very tired of stripes. In fact, I haven't worked on it for two days because I'm so sick of the stripes. I do think the last clue will be stripes, but as long as it's interesting to knit, I'll be sort of OK 😂 Our other cat, Mr Pickle, is an old man now. He's 10 years, but he seems to be training Ffion well. She's so tiny though. I won't be letting her out for a while yet, even though she's allowed to ages wise. We have a family of owls behind our house that would have her for an afternoon snack! So I'm hoping she'll still settle down even though she's not getting out xx

I absolutely agree with you I couldn’t see the symbol for ages but once I did I couldn’t not see it. I’m glad I went with version3. Good on you for keeping up, I’m doing a test knit at the same time so I’ve only just finished clue 1.

Yes! It was like a magic eye! Once seen, never unseen. Its hard keeping up when there's other things to do, especially something important like a test knit! I hope that's going well x

Re: your opening disclaimer, the number of people who would rather knowingly knit and wear a s------- than be every so slightly inconvenienced both shocked and dismayed me, and also embarrassed me because I can just hear certain friends shaking their heads at my naivety, which, fair. Anyway, I did start and even finished clue 1 using a neon speckles circular rainbow advent calendar from a few years ago (most of those words make no sense to non-yarny people in a sentence like that) only when I started clue 2 I realised there was a lot of my first four colours (clue 1|) and very little of my second 4 colours (clue 2) so I pulled it back and I'm starting my second set of colours in clue 1. I've got 6 sets of four before I start repeating so it's just a question of when to use each colour, and now I'm looking at spoilers for clue 3 and considering what to do. Good thing I've got lots of time (and many spoiler pictures!) before I need to decide.

I was really upset by a lot of people's behaviours last week. It shocked me so much and the opening disclaimer was a lot longer and quite ranty, but I decided to cut a lot of it since I'd calmed down by the end of the week 😅 but SW must have had a horrendous week bless him. Oooh yours sounds like it's going to be fantastic! I need to see that when it's done. Do you have instagram? ❤
