OJ was 100% not guilty! There were so many factors pointing to him not doing it from; 1. The Mezzaluna restaurant being a hangout spot of Nicole's, which was full of mob boss corruption, had several waiters working there who were killed in similar fashion, 2. (which would be the icing on the cake for the case) Nicole’s phone records, that were blocked for obvious reasons, showing Nicole on the phone with her mother during the same time that OJ was on the way to Chicago which means that she was still alive when he left town. That's just two points out of SEVERAL that prove he didn't do it and I haven't even mentioned racist Mark Fuhrman! #Innocent #CaseClosed

It’s bigger than OJ. This is only partly about O.J. This is more of a RACE issue. The Not guilty verdict was somewhat of a symbolism of years of racial injustice!! Like it or not OJ represents that slap in the face to to the US justice system that was created to disproportionately incarcerate blacks versus their white counterparts. OJ represented the thousands of black men jailed with little to NO evidence. We don’t hate the victims. The black community were saying “we got you back!” to our racist justice system. This was BIGGER than OJ. For you to be a “black man” and not understand that part of it is very unfortunate.

@@othasida2639 It’s irrelevant that he ended up in prison after the fact. We are not debating if he actually killed them or not. It’s the fact that Americas justice system that wrongly incarcerated blacks for decades had their own system work against them for once. They couldn’t care less if a black man was innocent or not. The goal was to put them in jail and scar them as “felons”. OJ came along and beat the racist system. Unfortunately 2 ppl lost their lives in the process but black ppl were basically saying “how does it feel now that the tables are turned?” The racist establishment got a heavy dose of their own medicine from a justice system they created to protect whites and condemn blacks

A presumption of innocence means, that any defendant, in a criminal trial is assumed to be innocent, until they have been proven guilty. As such, a prosecutor is required to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the person committed the crime if that person is to be convicted. “The prosecutor, did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt Stephen A Smith, in criminal trial, that OJ committed those murders, nor was OJ found guilty. That, civil case did not prove OJ committed those murders. First and foremost, there is no statute of limitation for murder, in the US.
