At 6:00 there's a great question about the prize money being top heavy, and an even better answer from Barry. He's absolutely bang on the money as usual. Work hard, get the reward. Expecting millions of pounds for just showing face is no good for any sport. - "Sport has gotta be tough because that's what creates superstars and superstars have a lifestyle that others will aspire to... and if you take that away, you end up with mediocrity all the way through" - "Sport is for winners. It's not just for people to turn up, otherwise everybody would be doing it. It's about the elite taking the rewards" It's like crap a few years ago with the gold medal for all children who took part in sports day, regardless of how well they did. There's no incentive to actually do your best, or to win.

I would like to highlight a suggestion about Snooker the most popular sports to be held in Town City of London by building a indoor Stadium for Snooker whereby many flights land in London that brings Sponsorship and gate collections into Snooker world of sports. Travelling around the cities in England makes players exhausted and tired before game. The Hotels and apartments would be fully booked for the benefit for English and U.K. government. 5:36

I'd like to see another venue across from the Crucible which you can walk to without going outside with a similar capacity to the Crucible, maybe make it 1030 people to make a combined 2000 seats and play all first round games at both arenas. The great thing about the Crucible is that you have a great view of the table anywhere you sit; if you make the arena too big, a lot/ most of the spectators have to watch a big screen.

Snooker was really good in the 90s and I imagine in the 80s. The Davis-Hendry-White era was great viewing. So many great characters back then. You can get more tables in a space, make it cheaper. Get kids playing. Also 9 ball pool is a great entry into cue sports. Still think the sport is in great hands with Baz.

The champions deserve all the money, so how do you expect players Like some I won't mention that have to work at a petrol station or restaurant or other full time job just so they can pay their rent or their trips to tournaments? How do you expect them to be champions when they do not have the time to put into practice because they have to have another job or two? That's ridiculous. The 6 to 10 players that are always winning all the tournaments don't have to work another job because they are getting that "Champions" salary. This is a professional sport. The lowest paid players in the NBA make what close to a million I believe? not sure, but It's a good amount to where they can focus only on basketball. These snooker players don't stand a chance. The hardest game in the world and they can't spend the time they need to get better because they can't afford to live. Terrible. and you voted against the 20k. sad.
