Cellcept is first line treatment in Scleroderma because of lung involvement. Also, why take her off plaquninal.? It’s. A wonderful and pretty benign drug

Tacrolimus may be better then cellcept. Can now use pirfenidone? Spell ck. Or the nintinamid(spell ck) Why stop plaquinel? Reason if no definite benefit why give any person extra med..better for patient self esteem. Agree if lupus features of course i always use

Hello sir…… my 9 years daughter got fever from jan 24. .. 1 week she had fever with cough next week fever in night , third week rashes in body. Forth week high fever 40c and more . She is admitted in hospital from 28 feb . Dr did some test and told us that she has lupus.they did ANa test which is positive dsDNa that is positive and Coombs is anaemia. From yesterday they started fusion of steroid today is her second douse. They will give third. It’s really unexceptable for me that my daughter has lupus. I am really very worried about her. In blood report thorid also came positive. Dr is saying I never see this type of case having lupus and thorid.dr considering both as separate . Her thorid test is also various. I am not able to sleep form last two night . I am really want to know is this symptoms looks like lupus? Can children in such age cure . She is also caying every day now because she know that she will never become as before she was.
