As someone who frequently draws as a hobby, I find using blank paper much better. With my style of drawing, It's really easy to make it look good on blank paper.

aquawaveseafaring Yeah, since I mostly do pencil-realism art, I have to lightly draw on my own grid onto blank paper, which takes forever to get it symmetrical (since the grids on grid-paper wouldn't be fully covered and it's not like I can erase them) so I like to use blank paper for fun, and then a grid for when I'm really trying. Thanks for the input :D

IKnowHowToSpellDog Like I tell my students, you can eat an elephant if you take it a bite at a time. Some really excel at free-handing their drawings but those who don't, they get frustrated easy. I feel like grids are a good option for those students, I tell them that I feel like I'm cheating when I use a grid.

Questions for Mal: Do you have a favorite art project (assignment) that you gave your students to do? What is your favorite art movement to teach and/or study? I'm currently in school for Graphic Design and it's interesting to see how as an artist you can be influenced by one style/movement but really like the aesthetic of another one. Love the vlogs and lets plays and just finished the journey for the 2nd time. Keep up the amazing videos :)

Serious Question: Stephen, with all the experience you have gained throughout the years Let's Playing, would you ever consider re-doing an LP to make it better? As with every KZbinr, I feel like their first videos are kind of bland, so re-doing something with more experience this time around would be a great thing to try. Just wondering if you would ever do that with an LP you have done in the past.

Stephen, you've stated on the vlog that building a computer was pretty easy. I've been interested in building one myself, but I have no clue where to start. I don't really know what parts will work with what, how to insure that the computer will be able to fit my needs, etc, etc. I'm a noob to all of this pretty much. Although many old third party PS exclusive games are being ported to 360 and XBO now, FFX is not one of them. That mainly cos I believe PS still hold the distributing rights, but I could be wrong about that. FFX and X-2 have only been remastered for PS3, PS Vita and PS4 thus far.
