Protip for cramps (based on personal experience and some people agreeing with me): moving the muscle that is cramping can help/stop the cramp. If I feel one coming on I immediately start moving whatever is about to cramp and that has always made sure that I'm not getting a full cramp, just a second or two of minor pain as it tried to start.

As someone who gets nighttime charlie horses/leg cramps, since childhood, I found drinking milk to be the best cure for them. The trick being drinking milk and then walking around a little bit to stretch out the muscle once more, while the milk has time to work.

Y'know, seeing that funnel cake takes me back like six years to the first time I was in America. I went to Disneyland in Anaheim with my ex and there was an opportunity for me to get funnel cake. I did not get the funnel cake 'cause I was still too full. I have yet to try it. Maybe one day. 🥲 Also, the reveal that the ferris wheel footage was Alex's was a surprise but then also maybe not?? Like, in the sense that Stephen is usually Footage Man™ but this time it was Alex. And the not-so-surprising bit that Alex was the one on the ferris wheel instead of Stephen who doesn't do rides. Yeah. (I get that, though. Could do ferris wheels but not much else. 😅)
