I had the HONOR, of running into Marbury at the exit of the Paris Olympics Gold medal game. He was strolling out of the stadium with just a couple of friends. I approached, him, exchanged some words, and he was extremely laid back, down to earth and friendly. I will never forget that night.

Marbury knows what he’s talking about. It will always be MJ then Kobe. These boys nowadays aren’t cut from the same cloth. All about “their brand” and are scared to fail and scared to compete. They also don’t grind the way MJ and Kobe did. Very few have the ability to close out games like them too. Another thing is that there are very few guys that dominate both sides of the ball like MJ and Kobe. It’s so clear to see that the proper order is 1. MJ and 2. Kobe
