I use a silicon muffin pan. They come out a lot easier.

You are probably right, but I have had this one for so long it’s just hard for me to part with it. 😌 I have a very pretty stoneware one (baked goods come out much better) but the oldie is still my favorite, even with all its flaws. ❤️ Thanks for watching and your comment! Mine turned out a big hot mess did everything you said but could not get them to release from the muffin pan… Very discouraging 😢

Oh, I’m so sorry that happened. I think the pan may have needed more spray to help with their release. To turn it around, I would have probably served them in the pan 🤭 and we would have dived in with forks. Give them another shot, they are very good. 😊 I hope you have a blessed evening!!!
