Fresh parsley is usually near the fresh lettuce (also fresh cilantro is there too) not near the other herbs. It comes in a huge bunch, not a tiny package.

I agree! Most people assume that older individuals are married or people have fathers in their lives. I don’t think any harm was meant by it and she possibly took it the wrong way. I know it’s a hard time for her currently though, so I understand how she could’ve misinterpreted the situation!

I make (well, my mother made) meatloaf balls in a big muffin tin and use ice cream scoop to fill it. Never tried shredded carrots, but I will now. Yours looked so yummy!

You can find sesame seeds in the seasoning isle like in the McCormack ones that are in alphabetical order! You should make your rice a day before you make the fried rice! 😋

That was always me with the meatloaf my favorite meal my friends would say the same thing but my mother made the best meatloaf with peppers onions mozzarella cheese in the middle and bacon on top!

Another thing you can do is put it in the cupcake pan and then when it’s done, put your mashed potatoes in a piping bag and put them on top

I just lost my dad on August 2nd. I am absolutely beside myself and I don’t feel like I’ll ever make it through this. I love him so much. I’ve seen sweet corn ice cream I haven’t had but it’s supposed to be good. Also my mom loved corn fritters she would make them with chicken wings. Corn fritters we’re basically pancakes with corn in them! We would even eat them with butter and syrup 😂

So sorry about comments you get while out and about. I feel like the best thing you can do is say the truth and say “actually my dad passed away”. It will make the person think a little bit and maybe next time they won’t just blurt out without thinking. I’ve had two miscarriages and so many people make comments about pregnancy and when am I going to have a baby so I just say “I’ve been pregnant, I’ve had two miscarriages” and hopefully It’ll save the next person from their insensitive comments.
